Job Qualifications:
- B. S. degree in architecture / engineering or equivalent experience
- Construction site/field experience
- Good writing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet tough deadlines
- Track record as a self-starter
Minimum Office Requirements for Independent Contractors:
- Fax machine
- Digital camera
- Phone and/or cell phone
- Hard hat, boots, vehicle
- Computer
- E-mail service with attachment capability
