Site: Approximately 9,435 acre site, located in Westminster, Carroll
County, Maryland.
Schedule: October 1 - June 30, 1999.
Outline Specifications

devices, site utilities, roadways, paved parking, curbs, sidewalks, equipment
pads and landscaping.
Foundation: Concrete footings, curb, piers, precast concrete
lintels.
Superstructure: Structural steel framing, canopies framed with
prefabricated metal stud trusses.
Facade: Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS), fiberglass batts at
exterior walls, canopies pre-finished standing seam metal panels.
Roof: Roofing comprised of metal fiber shingles on roofing felts over
plywood sheathing, built-up roofing over rigid insulation.
Finishes: Vinyl tile flooring, acoustical tile ceilings, painted
gypsum board demising partitions.
Fire Protection: Protected by a hydraulically designed automatic wet
pipe fire suppression sprinkler system, fire alarms, fire extinguisher, dry pipe
sprinkler system.
Plumbing: Domestic water, sanitary sewer and natural gas, 100-gallon
capacity hot water tank,30 gallon and 6 gallon capacity electric water
heaters.
HVAC: Gas-fired unit heaters, 4 rooftop gas/electric HVAC, gas-fired
unit heaters.
Electrical: Proposed transformer with 3000 amperes, 208/120V, 3 phase,
4 wire for the Supermarket. The retail strip will have a transformer with 1200
amperes, 208/120V, 3-phase, 4-wire.
